The “Write” Way to Start & End Your Day with God
There's no better way to start or end your day than with God. Having a daily ritual of spending quiet quality time truly enhances your spiritual journey tremendously. One of the most effective ways to have a powerful connection with God is incorporating a practice of intentional journaling in a specific journal that is just for that experience.
Intentional journaling is different from traditional journaling. This isn't just about brain dumping, writing down an aha or bullet writing in a notebook, dairy or a journal that you express yourself. Being intentional is about allowing a journal to be your sacred space for a specific focus and that's all that you write about in that journal.
It's best to have a journal that's for the morning and one for the evening that you dedicate specifically for your time with God. This type of categorization produces breakthroughs of all kinds in several areas of your life. There's such power in writing down what occurs during your communing time with the Lord.
I highly recommend a 30-Day jump-start practice to build up momentum in this area. Below I have two intentional journals for morning and the evening that you can explore. My prayer is that you will experience the tremendous benefits and blessings from this practice and allow it to enhance your faith-walk.
